1. Organizational Structure

David The Gnomad operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Our mission is to provide heavily subsidized, enterprise-grade technology and strategic consulting to local founders and businesses.

2. "Pay What You Can" Infrastructure

Our core service offering, The Empowerment Partnership, operates on a highly flexible, negotiated "Pay What You Can" sliding scale.

• Approval for subsidized work is entirely at the discretion of David The Gnomad leadership.
• Pricing and project runway commitments are legally solidified upon the signing of an independent Master Services Agreement (MSA) prior to project kickoff.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or partnerships to entities that do not align with our community mission.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated within a separate MSA, all content, code, branding, logos, and materials present on davidthegnomad.org are the intellectual property of David The Gnomad or our respective licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, David The Gnomad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the website, or from any consultations or advice provided prior to enacting a formalized service contract.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
